Atrue canvas of abstract expressionism, each carpet plays with the gestural techniques of painting. These works are made of tuffee wool by hand, mingling the linen and the silk for very subtle shades
or for splinters of bright colors.
In fifteen carpets, the Design Director of Tai Ping, Yasmina Benazzou, imparts her inspirations on sunshine in the manner of Mark Rothko or a rainbow sky of Clyfford Still. These clouds of soil draw endless trips in soft, sensual and thick textures.
