On a small quiet street, a center of art, a large gate protects a discreet entrance from which escapes a soft sound of cascading water. Fading away to be discovered is the philosophy of OGATA, a unique place dedicated to traditional Japanese culture, which recently opened in a magnificent 17th century mansion in the Haut Marais.
This huge 800 m2 Zen space was born from the transformation of an old Weber Metals factory, under the direction of Schinichiro Ogata, interior designer and man with a thousand faces, in love with beautiful objects.
