Several photographs here are devoted to the world of cinema. In 1945, he had a love affair for two years with the actress Ingrid Bergman who introduced him to the world of the 7th art. He will follow her during the filming of Notorius and will be on other films as a set photographer.
Part of the exhibition illustrates his collaboration with the American writer John Steinbeck during their trip to the Soviet Union for a four-handed account of the daily life of a people so far from the American way of life. A final part of the exhibit immortalizes his involvement as a Jew in promoting the establishment of the State of Israel with its declaration of independence, women studying Hebrew and hospitals treating those who survived.
Romanesque Capa whose charming smile and serious gaze that always punctuate with infinite heart his shots bring their share of light to all the shadows he has been able to see.
