The first world exhibition of 20th century photographic treasures acquired by the Pinault collection, CHRONORAMA presents 407 works from 1910 to 1979 from the Condé Nast archives at the Palazzo Grassi in Venice.
The greatest international artists thus see their work exhibited. Photographers like Edward Steichen, Berenice Abbott, Cecil Beaton, Lee Miller, André Kertész, Horst P. Horst, Diane Arbus, Irving Penn and Helmut Newton as well as the most talented illustrators from Eduardo Garcia Benito, Helen Dryden to George Wolfe Plank have revolutio- nized the world of images and therefore the aesthetic and artistic vision of their spectators, detractors or admirers.
