The scenography of the new location pays homage to this memory.
The black and white checkered floors contrast with the hand-carved woodwork,
the ceilings adorned with golden lanterns, and the geometric patterns reminiscent
of Moroccan art. The saffron-colored upholstered benches and marble tables invite
you to relax, while the display cases, lined with hundreds of cylindrical boxes in
vibrant hues, create a veritable coffee library. The tasting menu is equally impres-
sive, with more than 200, 100% Arabica coffees from all over the world.
The boutique offers four main categories: «single origin» coffees to discover the
unique profile of a terroir; «fine blended» coffees, delightfully blending vintages in
perfect harmony thanks to the talents of the Coffee Masters; «fine flavored» coffees
with flavors of chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut, and more; and finally, decaffeinated
versions produced using the natural CO₂ method to preserve all the aromas. Each
coffee is slow-roasted at a low temperature and air-cooled, an artisanal approach
designed to enhance aromatic notes—biscuit, floral, fruity, malty, spicy, and cho-
colatey—while inviting you on a journey from Yemen to South America via Ethio-
pia, Indonesia, or Australia.
Each coffee can be enjoyed on-site, served in blown-glass coffee pots accompanied
by crystal sugar and flavored whipped cream, or taken away in beans, ground, or in
individual sachets. Fine pastries and light dishes delightfully complete this tasting
experience, enhancing the nobility of the aromas.
With this Parisian opening, Bacha Coffee marks the alliance
between oriental luxury and the European art of living.
More than just a coffee, it is a sensory journey through space and time,
an exquisite marriage of the effervescent Marrakech and the Parisian lights.
