By promoting business, and sharing of skills between homeowners, chefs, butlers, waiters, housekeepers, this charter of quality allows for the preservation of human resources. These artisans are the inheritors of the cultural history of hospitality and world cuisines.
To be actors in a more human world
It is important to pay more attention to the details of hospitality and well-being for ourselves and for future generations.
